Language of Light is a transformational experience where change happens through you and with others.
Through the 64 hexagrams of the ancient I Ching, reinterpreted through the modern lens of the Gene Keys, we’ll embark on a journey to explore and understand the living language of life itself and facilitate its authentic expression through you.
Together, we will move from awareness to understanding, and from insight to embodiment.
Within this intimate group, every voice becomes part of the greater harmony. We learn to listen, to see patterns, to honor timing, and to recognize how life speaks through each of us.
By the end of this experience, you will not only understand your own energetic blueprint, but you’ll also be able to understand and spot your shadow patterns and conditioning, and embody a new approach to living life, rooted in clarity, alignment, and trust.
HOW THE JOURNEY UNFOLDS
Ground zero:
Private onboarding call
We'll begin with a private kickoff call to get to know each other and talk about your life as it is right now, the changes you'd like to make, and your intentions for this journey.
Months one to nine:
Nine activation + deconditioning group sessions
Each month, we gather together for a 2-hour session centered around one of the nine Human Design centers, where we’ll use the gates and themes of each center as archetypal lenses to:
Understand the energy mechanics of the areas and themes that shape the human experience
Gain the language to spot expectations, conditioning, and past programming, and realign with your inner truth
Bring awareness to the shadow patterns that are showing up in your life, how they are influencing you, and how to outgrow them
Month ten
Private integration session
We close your journey with a private integration session to celebrate your growth and identify the next aligned steps to keep moving on your aligned path forward.

After each session, you’ll receive a personalized voice note where I’ll walk you through the specific Gate activations in the energy center we explored and reveal what they mean within the deeper context of your Design.

INTUITION, INSTINCT, AND THE FEARS THAT HOLD YOU BACK
We explore the seven primal fears that influence our decisions and unlock the corresponding keys to reconnect with our inner knowing and take aligned action from a place of trust.
• SOLAR PLEXUS •
EMOTIONAL MATURITY, EMPATHY, AND CONNECTION
This session will empower you to alchemize emotional volatility into wisdom, deepen your empathy, and reach a new level of emotional intelligence through the exploration of the seven pillars of emotional maturity.
• THROAT •
AUTHENTIC SELF-EXPRESSION: COMMUNICATING WITH CLARITY, CONFIDENCE, AND IMPACT
Here we'll work through our conditioning around speaking, being heard, and taking action to bring what we feel inside out in the World. We'll explore the eleven fears that block our authentic expression, the shadow patterns that keep us stuck, and the keys to bring light and awareness.

IDENTITY, DIRECTION, AND SELF-LOVE
This session helps you reclaim the truth of who you are beyond the roles or labels that have been influencing your choices so far. Here, you'll learn to trust your natural pull toward what’s meant for you and you'll open your eyes to the creative power that lies within you.
• HEART •
WILLPOWER, SELF-WORTH, AND MOTIVATION
In this session we'll work through the distorted ideas of value, proving, will power, motivation, and the pressure to perform, and we'll talk about what's getting in the way of your motivation to pursue your goals with drive and determination.
• ROOT •
PRESSURE, PACE, AND INNER GROUNDING
Through the lens of nine gates of the Root center, we'll expolore how to handle pressure and stress, and turn them into fuel for inspired action. We'll look at how unconscious pressure fuels burnout, anxiety, and urgency and learn to root ourselves in presence instead of performance.

DESIRE, BOUNDARIES, AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT
The Sacral influences how we relate to work, desire, and energy exchange. This session is about noticing when you’re fueled by joy and when you’re stuck in obligation, we'll explore the themes of persistence and routines, and lay a solid foundation for you to consciously decide how to move forward without getting stuck in a prison of your own making.

INSPIRATION, OVERTHINKING, AND SPIRITUAL CONNECTION
Here, we'll untangle the difference between inspiration and mental obsession when it comes to working with your thoughts and ideas, making sense of past experiences, and seeking understanding. You'll understand how to create space for ideas to flow through you and enrich your life, instead of letting your mind controlling you.

MENTAL CLARITY, BELIEFS, AND THE ILLUSION OF CERTAINTY
In this session, we'll shed light on your mental patterns. We'll explore how mental pressure and fixed beliefs distort your truth and you'll open yourself up to expansive thinking, intuitive insight, and the powerful art of perspective hopping.

You don’t have to know your Human Design or Gene Keys to be part of this experience. You just need to know that something inside you is ready to be revealed, and that you don’t want to do it alone. I'll take care of the rest!
How to join
Language of Light is a rolling container, which means you can join at any point during the journey, as long as one of the seats is available.

The programme is currently available in-person only (Piemonte, Italy).
